In the chance that the original does arrive worse for wear and not in the state it was sent in, no replacements will be offered however a full refund will be provided upon return of the item, you must notify your intent to request replacement or refund to trulypruly@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of goods.

This Piece will be removed from Stretcher bars and will arrive to you unframed rolled in a tube ready for you to reframe or restretch.
