Mums Sky
An attempt to capture the sunset over Lake Mulwala just over the border in NSW, a quick trip across the bridge from Yarrawonga located in North East Victoria.
Depicted form an original photo by my very talented mum.
The mornings and evenings are everchanging in this region and especially over the Lake, sometimes the wind howls and the lake roars, it can have angry days and crash over the foreshore banks, then the most beautiful calm days with the most glorious mauves, pinks, reds blues, greys and so many hues. Sometimes if a stoprm is brewing you get a chance to see the stark white of the cockatoos against the sky nesting in their trees. The most glorious scenes are the soft pastels at the end of long summer days along with a massive full moon, nothing beats it.
